Motobécane was a make of motorcycles and scooters.   Canne (with two Ns) is a walking stick.

This is not a pipe. A homage to Magritte and his surreal painting "Ceci n'est pas une pipe". This farmer is confronted with what for him is clearly a painting of a béret, even though it says that it isn't. For a man grounded in the practicality of farming, the message is obviously going over his head.
